Vauxhall Corsa Named ‘Used Small Car of the Year’ at 2024 Car Dealer Used Car Awards
Renowned for its performance, style, innovation, and affordability, the Vauxhall Corsa remains a top choice for both new and used car buyers. With options for petrol and fully electric powertrains, the Corsa was the UK’s best-selling supermini in 2023.
The Corsa earned the title of ‘Used Small Car of the Year’ at the 2024 Car Dealer Used Car Awards, held at The Brewery in London. Hosted by industry expert Mike Brewer, the awards highlight excellence across the UK’s used car sector. Judged by a panel of experts, the event recognized over 30 winners, with the Corsa emerging as the standout in its category.
This accolade underscores the Corsa’s enduring appeal in the competitive small-car segment. Its compact design, low running costs, and strong reliability make it a favourite among UK drivers. With options ranging from efficient petrol models to the fully electric Corsa Electric, it continues to cater to a wide range of buyer needs.
Vauxhall recently revised pricing for its electric range, offering the Corsa Electric from £29,045 for the Design trim, with GS and Ultimate trims priced at £31,230 and £33,040 respectively. The introduction of the Long Range variant in Design trim, featuring a 51kWh battery and a 156PS motor for a 248-mile range (WLTP), starts at £30,440, offering even greater value.

This achievement follows a string of successes for the Corsa, including five wins at the 2025 Auto Express Used Car Awards, such as ‘Overall Car of the Year’ for the Corsa Electric. It also claimed Best Used Small Car and Best Used Small Electric Car at the Carbuyer Best Used Car Awards.
As the UK’s best-selling supermini for three consecutive years, the Corsa Electric continues to lead electric supermini sales in 2024. Together with the Mokka Electric, Vauxhall solidifies its position as a leader in electric mobility, offering a fully electric version of every model in its lineup.
