Pleasant, enthusiastic and professional. The service provided by Clare and Carol to our customers is exceptional. Carol heads up our Service Reception and they all aim to provide the very best service to our local customers, past, present and future. Clare and Carol cover our reception desk from 8am - 6pm weekdays and 8am - 1pm on Saturday.

Martyn Mead

Operational Service Director

Martyn had worked with our Managing Director Brian Kay for 5 years before joining us as a Service Technician in 1989. A founding member and definitely the best technician that we've come across.

Martyn takes the role of Service Manager. He oversees the quality of of the aftersales work and deals with customers face to face. Martyn is a no-nonsense quality employee and we are fortunate to have him on the team.
