All customers buying a Vauxhall vehicle under Network Q will be offered the opportunity to sign up for Vauxhall Service Club as part of their welcome communication. By joining they will become eligible for the following :
- 15% for 2-3 year old vehicles
- 25% for vehicles over 3 years old

In the unfortunate event that your vehicle is involved in an incident the Vauxhall Accident Management Service will help. They contact your insurer, arrange for vehicle recovery, repair at a Vauxhall approved repairer, organise a courtesy car and the return of your vehicle.
