During MY19.5 the petrol engines with manual transmission will be upgraded and the table below explains the benefits and shows the upgrades that will apply to each engine.
Advanced EVAP System- Fuel tank vapours sent to carbon canister and absorbed. Fresh air drawn through the canister, puling vapour into the engine where it is safely burned instead of venting to atmosphere.
Active Aero Shutter - Located in front grilled, the aero shutter improves aerodynamic efficiency and reduces engine warm up times improving overall fuel efficiency.
1.2 83PS engine will receive the Advanced EVAP System whereas the 1.2T 110PS and 1.2T 130PS will receive the Advanced EVAP System and Active Aero Shutter.
Testing is currently underway for the environmental detail regarding these improvements and will be subject of a separate communication.
Design Line trim no longer available.
All trims - all engine badging deleted except ECOTEC on 1.2 110PS and ECOTEC D on 1.5 Turbo D 102PS. This ensures that lowest Co2 models are more easily recognised and identifiable and from the design perspective removes needless clutter from the tailgate area of the vehicle.
Exterior colours - Satin Steel Grey replaced by Moonstone Grey
Roof Colour - Satin Steel Grey roof colour no longer available
SE, SE Nav, Tech Line NAV - regular 16" tyre replaced by ULRR tyre, this provides a marginal fuel consumption and Co2 improvement in certain cases (circa 1g/km depending on engine) and full details are included in the latest Crossland X Price & Specification Guide dated 01 January 2019.
Open storage area in centre console in front of the gear lever - rubber mat replaced by fleece liner.
Ultimate models and optional on Elite models - Siena leather seat trim - steering wheel stitching, manual transmission boot stitching / automatic transmission boot stitching changes from Aztek Gold to Jetblack Light
