Service Advisor Full-Time Position
Salary - £28,000 - £35,000 OTE

Situated on a 3.5-acre site, we specialize in selling new Vauxhalls and all makes of used cars and hold a Vauxhall, Ford, Peugeot, and Citroen repairer status. This is an excellent opportunity to become a valued member of our dedicated Aftersales Team.

You will contribute to the efficient operation of the Service Department, enhancing guest experience, and departmental profitability.
You’ll be the link between our customers and the workshop and manage their experience from beginning to end. You will schedule services and repairs, liaise with our parts team, suggest additional products and services to the customer, and ensure all invoicing is accurate and timely.
Qualifications and Qualities
- Motor trade experience in this role or similar
- Great organisational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems
- Full clean driving licence
- Highly motivated
- Team Player
- Communicate clearly with customers and
colleagues
Your key responsibilities will be
- Maintaining customer service levels, meeting targets set and deadlines
- Look after the customer bookings
- Advising customers on course of action and invoice any work, whilst maximizing any opportunities to upsell through the vehicle health check process
- Encourage customer satisfaction via exit handover and follow-up contact
- Prepare invoices, explain and take payments
- Produce estimates for repair costs and times
- Quote and sell service plans

- Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings as part of a team rota.
