The package applies to the Combo Electric, Vivaro Electric, and Movano Electric, and is available to retail small and medium-sized business customers. For those purchasing diesel versions of the same models, a similar servicing plan is available for £299 (excluding VAT).
In addition to the servicing offer, electric van customers can also take advantage of a free home EV charger and standard residential installation, worth up to £1,050 (including VAT). Provided through Free2move Charge and installed by Octopus Energy, the package includes a 7kW Ohme wallbox with 3G/4G connectivity and compatibility with Intelligent Octopus Go, the company’s dedicated EV charging tariff.
This servicing deal can be used alongside existing Vauxhall LCV promotions and is available to SME business customers and sole traders who order an electric van before 30th June.
The new ‘Upgrade to Business Class’ servicing package highlights Vauxhall’s commitment to making the van ownership experience as hassle-free as possible. This is underlined by its Service4Fleet promise, a set of standards designed to minimise any potential disruption to drivers and fleet operators.
Among the commitments it makes is to service bookings at Vauxhall Van Business Centres within three working days, with all bookings confirmed within 20 minutes. If drivers are concerned about mobility while their vehicle is being worked on, courtesy cars can be provided, while van collections and deliveries are also offered. At the Centres themselves, 90-minute express servicing is available, as is overnight servicing. In the event of urgent repairs being required, a diagnosis will be provided within 24 hours of drop-off, with no further appointment required.
