Auto Express, one of the UK’s most trusted automotive publications, judged vehicles across 27 categories, rewarding those that combine practicality, efficiency, reliability, affordability, and outstanding drive quality. Stellantis’ small van range impressed the expert panel with its wide range of payload options and advanced petrol, diesel and electric powertrains.

Stellantis continues to set the benchmark for electric commercial vehicles in the UK. The company remains the UK’s best-selling electric van manufacturer, accounting for 28.9% of the EV van market in 2025. Across all vans, more than a quarter sold in the UK this year have come from a Stellantis brand.
All small electric vans for Citroën, Fiat Professional, Peugeot and Vauxhall are built at Ellesmere Port, the UK’s first EV-only volume manufacturing plant. The site produces the Citroën ë-Berlingo Van, Peugeot E-Partner, Fiat e-Doblò and Vauxhall Combo Electric.
These models offer electric ranges of up to 213 miles (WLTP) and support rapid charging from 20% to 80% in under 30 minutes using a 100kW DC charger.
The Peugeot Partner currently holds the title of UK’s best-selling compact van, while the Vauxhall Combo Electric leads the compact electric van segment, providing businesses with a highly practical, efficient and future-ready transport solution.
This latest win adds to Stellantis’ growing list of accolades. The group was also named ‘Van Manufacturer of the Year’ at the Great British Fleet Awards 2025, highlighting its innovation and commitment to delivering customer-focused commercial vehicles.
