The Vauxhall Corsa Electric YES Edition has been awarded ‘Best Value Car’ at the 2025 Parkers Awards.
The 2025 Parkers Awards emphasized electrification, focusing on value-for-money EV options as the market grows. Vauxhall received praise from the judges for promoting price parity between electric and ICE vehicles, with the Corsa Electric YES Edition showcased as an excellent example of affordable electric ownership.
This special edition of Britain’s best-selling electric supermini features eye-catching GS-inspired styling, with exclusive Record Red paint and a contrasting black roof. The Corsa Electric YES Edition offers a 136PS electric powertrain priced at £26,895. With a 50kWh battery, it can travel up to 221 miles (WLTP) on a single charge and recharge from 0-80% in just 30 minutes using a 100kW rapid charger.
The release of the Corsa Electric YES Edition aims to make Vauxhall’s electric range more accessible. In support, Vauxhall has introduced a revised pricing structure for the Corsa Electric, Astra Electric, and Astra Sports Tourer Electric, advancing its goal of accessible electric mobility.
The Corsa Electric now starts at £29,045 in Design trim, with GS and Ultimate versions priced at £31,230 OTR and £33,040 OTR, marking up to a £4,150 maximum reduction.
The Corsa Electric Long Range is also available in entry-level Design trim for the first time, featuring a 51kWh battery and a 156PS motor, achieving up to 248 miles (WLTP) on a full charge. The Corsa Electric Long Range is priced from £30,440 OTR, with GS and Ultimate trims priced at £32,625 OTR and £34,435 OTR, respectively.
