Vauxhall Assistance is provided automatically with every new Vauxhall for 12 months from first registration and covers incidents such as accidents, mechanical breakdown, flat tyres to illness whilst driving. With Vauxhall Assistance help is literally just a free* phone call away, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!

While Vauxhall Assistance aims to provide the driver with peace of mind motoring, it is important to remember that the programme benefits are primarily aimed to cover manufacture based or mechanical faults affecting the vehicle. The policy does not cover certain self induced incidents such as the use of incorrect fuel, lost keys or instances where keys have been locked in the vehicle. It also does not cover instances where the keys are stolen. Should contact be made requesting assistance on these items the AA will be glad to arrange assistance if requested to do so, but there will be a charge.

Vauxhall Assistance is a vehicle based package so it covers anyone driving your Vauxhall with your permission.

Sureguard Assistance

This is your opportunity to extend the Vauxhall Assistance that you get for the first year with your new car.

The extended cover starts at the end of the first year and runs for a future two years.  At the end of the cover your MOT test will be due.  Under the Sureguard Assistance you get an MOT Test Insurance in the deal which automatically covers you for up to £750 in repairs should your car fail its MOT.

This cover starts at only £139 for the full to years and is available anytime during the first year from 1st registration.  To take out this cover simply ask Aston.
